About the Conference
This program is open to qualified students in the ages of 17-20. Debates will cover international issues while creating a bilateral dialogue between Danish and American students in a people-to-people setting. Host families and cultural tours will available to enhance the experience. A major highlight of the debates will be a full day at the Danish parliament. Scholarship money is available. SEE: www.usayouthdebates.org for itinerary, topics and application information. The program will visit four Danish cities: Copenhagen, Rungsted, Aarhus and Bornholm. No debate experience is required. MUN experience is desirable. The debates are in English although some knowledge of the Danish language will be extremely useful.
